The website of Punch Newspapers, one of the leading newspapers, has been hacked.
As at the time of this report (3.00p.m Nigerian time), when you visit the page, you get a black page (as above) which states "Welcome 2013, White and Red Hat Security" and a foreign song blaring out.
It seems that it is only the home page that is affected. You can get to other pages on the website such as this and this
Wonder who is responsible for this rude awakening for Punch?
Not a good way to start 2013......
